- ความยืดหยุ่นตามแนวขวาง มีความยืดหยุ่น เพียงพอ ที่จะสัมผัสกับรางในขณะที่ไม่มีน้ำหนัก บรรทุก
- ความยืดหยุ่นตามแนวยาว มีความยืดหยุ่น
เพียงพอ ที่จะเคลื่อนที่ไปรอบพูเล่ย์ทุก ตัวในระบบ โดยไม่ทำให้อาุยุการใช้งานลดลง

A conveyor belt consists of three main elements : EP carcass, Skim coat layer and rubber cover.
EP (Polyester) carcass is the reinforcement layer of the conveyor belt. It carries the tension force and absorbs the impact energy applied on the belt. There ar several tension ratings to choose to meet the operating requirements. (EP-100, EP-150 etc.)
Skim coat layers are the adhesive layers of the carcass layers and rubber covers. With high adhesion, the carcass separation leading to blet failure is prvented.
Rubber covers protect the belt carcass against damages, thus increasing the belt durability. There are several grades to chosse for general or special operation conditions.
Our conveyor belts are manufactured in several standard sizes and grades as well as per customer specification with the maximum width up to 2 meters. Inaddition to the general purpose, the special grades such as Heat resistant, Oil resistant, Acid-Base resistant, Chemical resistant, Fertilizer resistant, Abrasive resistant and Food grade conveyor belts are also available.
For the inclined and steep angle as well as vertical transport, standard and special grades of V-Shaped belt, Cleat and Sidewall, and Elevator belts can be selected to serve the requirements. |
